Who We Are

The LaBrada Group, Inc. is a full-service property management and real estate services company founded in 1997 by Rudy LaBrada, a Southern California native and licensed real estate professional since 1992. In 1997, Rudy opened his first Downtown Upland office. He later moved his location down the street, but still in Downtown Upland, to his second location. In 2019, he opened his satellite office in Hemet. In 2020, he moved his corporate office to a new Upland location, just north of his beginnings in Downtown Upland.

Our Services

The LaBrada Group, Inc. is proud to offer a variety of rentals spanning from the San Gabriel Valley to the Inland Empire, and beyond. All of our properties are NON-SMOKING, and DO NOT ALLOW PETS – unless otherwise specified.  

If you find a property of interest we invite you to drive by the property first to confirm your interest then, call our office at 909-981-3500 to confirm availability, make arrangements to view the home, get any questions answered and to review our rental requirements. 

Rental Requirements:

  • Each adult (18+) who is going to reside in the property must view the property in person prior to applying.
  • Preferred minimum FICO score of 575.
  • Monthly income of 2.5-3 times the amount of the rent before tax. Must be verifiable income, no cash.
  • Co-signers are only accepted on a case-by-case basis.
  • Previous evictions are an automatic denial.

For your convenience we offer Full Service Lease & Monthly Management​ or Lease Only options. The choice is yours when it comes to your single family home or multi-family building. 

We work closely with clients to ensure their investment properties are taken care of as though they are our own. Landlords choose us based off of our competitive pricing, outstanding management, choice in vendors, and overall reputation. Having offices in both Upland and Hemet benefits the management of properties within our target areas by allowing us the ability to properly service and be very familiar with market conditions, thereby minimizing vacancies and maximizing rents. 

We also pride ourselves in our tenant vetting process and guarantee the tenant for 12 months. If things do not work out in the first 12 months, we will find you another tenant free of charge.

When thinking about buying a home, the first thing to do is to sit down with Rudy LaBrada and talk about the ins and outs of real estate, needs vs. wants, areas, schools and the home buying process. A licensed Real Estate Agent since 1994, a California Certified Residential Manager, and after beginning her career in Property Management in 1996, she has assisted investors with properties ranging from single family homes to 100+ units. Pattie handles all day to day management issues.
