Who We Are
With two offices to better serve our clients – our Corporate office in Upland and an office in Hemet, The LaBrada Group, Inc. – Real Estate and Property Management Services was established in 1997 in Downtown Upland by Rudy LaBrada who has successfully represented buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and has managed properties since the early 1990’s. Our corporate office is centrally located on Foothill Boulevard, just off historic Euclid Avenue to better serve the Pomona Valley, San Gabriel Valley & Inland Empire. We are north of the San Bernardino Freeway, one-half block west of Euclid Avenue. Our Hemet office is located just off Highway 74 to better serve the areas of Hemet, San Jacinto, Perris, Menifee and Moreno Valley.
Rudy grew up in Montebello, CA and is a graduate of Bishop Amat Memorial High School and Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Political Science. He has been in real estate since 1992 and established The LaBrada Group in 1997. In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker, Rudy is a real estate investor, was named in the top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents across the country by National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and is a co-author of the 2015-2016 ‘The Art of Buying and Selling Real Estate’ which was awarded ‘Top 10” and ‘Best Seller’ on Amazon.com. Prior, Rudy was involved in politics as a finance consultant and fundraiser working with National, State and County candidates. Rudy is a member of the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors, and the California and National Associations of Realtors.
Rudy lives in Alta Loma and enjoys traveling in his motor home, is an avid and proud gardener who enjoys propogating new varietals, collects wine and loves spending time with his dogs. Rudy is also a Founding Board Member of SoCal Animal Rescue Squad (S.C.A.R.S.) – a non-profit set up to be a beacon of hope and light for animals in need and spends time focused on fundraising for his chosen charity. S.C.A.R.S has saved and re-homed over 250 dogs annually.

The LaBrada Group, Inc. is proud to offer a variety of rental properties spanning from the San Gabriel Valley to the Inland Empire and beyond. All of our properties are NON-SMOKING and DO NOT ALLOW PETS, unless otherwise specified.
If you find a property of interest we invite you to drive by the property first to confirm your interest then, call our office at 909-981-3500 to confirm availability, make arrangements to view the home, get any questions answered and to review our rental requirements.
Rental Requirements:
- Each adult (18+) who is going to reside in the property must view the property in person prior to applying.
- Preferred minimum FICO score of 575.
- Monthly income of 2.5-3 times the amount of the rent before tax. Must be verifiable income, no cash.
- Co-signers are only accepted on a case-by-case basis.
- Previous evictions are an automatic denial.

For your convenience we offer Full Service Lease & Monthly Management or Lease Only options. The choice is yours when it comes to your single family home or multi-family building.
We work closely with clients to ensure their investment properties are taken care of as though they are our own. Landlords choose us based off of our competitive pricing, outstanding management, choice in vendors, and overall reputation. Having offices in both Upland and Hemet benefits the management of properties within our target areas by allowing us the ability to properly service and be very familiar with market conditions, thereby minimizing vacancies and maximizing rents.
We also pride ourselves in our tenant vetting process and guarantee the tenant for 12 months. If things do not work out in the first 12 months, we will find you another tenant free of charge.
When thinking about buying a home, the first thing to do is to sit down with Rudy LaBrada and talk about the ins and outs of real estate, needs vs. wants, areas, schools and the home buying process. You will want to talk with a lender about getting pre-approved for a home loan and different home buyer loans. Rudy has referrals to local reputable lenders that can assist you. Once you know what your budget is, then its time to start shopping for your new home! Once you have identified a home, Rudy will walk you thru the home offer process and be with you every step of the way.
Are you thinking of selling your home and moving up or downsizing or moving into a home on wheels (the motorhome life!) or just plain selling? If yes, then Rudy LaBrada can assist you. With years of experience, Rudy can walk thru your home with you and give you ideas to improve the value of your home and to make your home more attractive to wider range of buyers. Once ready, Rudy will market the home to get you top dollar. From color brochures, to professional pictures, to internet access to a wide range of web portals, your home will be disseminated to as many potential buyers and buyers agents as possible.
